Welcome to RowCroatia™ ("RowCroatia", "we", "us", or "our"). By booking a rowing camp, tour, or related travel experience (collectively, the "Tour") with RowCroatia, you ("Participant", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). Please read them carefully before making a booking.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any release of liability or medical forms provided to you, form the basis of your contract with RowCroatia.
Your booking is confirmed and a contract exists when RowCroatia issues a written confirmation after receipt of the applicable deposit amount. You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking independently. If you are booking on behalf of other participants, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf and are responsible for all payments due.
RowCroatia reserves the right to verify the stated rowing experience of all participants before confirming them on a Tour. We reserve the right to refuse any applicant whose experience level does not meet the safety or operational requirements of the specific Tour.
All Tour prices are quoted per person, based on double occupancy, unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change, but the price of your Tour is guaranteed once your deposit has been received, except in cases of significant currency fluctuations or new government taxes.
To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total Tour price is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance of the Tour price is due no later than 90 days prior to the Tour departure date. For bookings made within 90 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking. If final payment is not received by the due date, RowCroatia reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled and retain the deposit.
If you must cancel your booking, you must notify RowCroatia in writing. Cancellation fees will be applied based on the date we receive your written notice:

No refunds will be provided for late arrivals, early departures, or missed services or activities during the Tour.
RowCroatia reserves the right to cancel any Tour due to insufficient enrollment or circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure). If we cancel a Tour prior to departure for reasons other than Force Majeure, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid to us. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses incurred by you, such as non-refundable flights or equipment purchases.
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all RowCroatia participants. Your insurance policy must include coverage for:
You must provide proof of adequate travel insurance prior to the final payment deadline. Failure to provide proof of insurance may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund.
Rowing is a physically demanding activity. By booking a Tour, you certify that you are in good health and have the physical fitness required to participate in the scheduled rowing activities and excursions.
You must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements at the time of booking. RowCroatia may require you to complete a Medical Information Form signed by a physician. We reserve the right to deny participation to anyone whose physical or mental condition poses a risk to themselves or others.
Travel and rowing involve inherent risks, including but not limited to weather conditions, water hazards, equipment failure, and limited access to medical facilities. By participating in a RowCroatia Tour, you voluntarily assume all such risks.
Prior to participation, all guests are required to sign a comprehensive Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk agreement. RowCroatia, its founders (including the Sinković brothers), guides, coaches, and local partners shall not be held liable for personal injury, property damage, or death arising from your participation, except in cases of gross negligence.
RowCroatia frequently documents Tours with photography and video for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant RowCroatia the irrevocable right and permission to use photographs and video recordings of you across all marketing channels, including social media, websites, and print materials, without compensation.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your Tour shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Zagreb, Croatia.
