• —Photos and video — images and recordings taken during experiences, unless you opt out in your Guest Agreement.
• —Communications — records of emails, messages, or calls between you and our team.
• —Usage data — anonymous analytics data about how visitors interact with this website (page views, session duration). No personally identifiable information is collected at this stage.

Your experience takes place in Croatia, so we transfer the personal data needed to deliver it from the United States to suppliers in Croatia (European Union). We share only what each supplier needs.

Our Guest Agreement lets you opt out of marketing use of your image. If you have not opted out, you may withdraw consent for future use at any time by emailing info@rowcroatia.org; material already published need not be removed.

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable law. Inquiry data from non-bookers is deleted within 12 months of last contact.
